SPICY ROASTED CHICKPEAS
400g can of chickpeas (drained)
1tsp curry powder
1/2tsp cajun seasoning or cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon of dried ginger (optional)
1/2tbsp olive oil
Mix ingredients together then spread onto a lined baking tray for 30mins (I’d advise mixing them around at 15mins). Let cool and store in air-tight container.
